Enter into a realm of shadows, mystery and dark passions. It’s an uncertain and often deadly world where Michael Schreiber, an aspiring author of supernatural fiction, searches for inspiration to create a masterpiece. The journey takes him to the Duff Glenn and ancient house of McCreary, and to where he meets the sole resident, an alluring and mysterious young woman. Fascinated with the secrets contained within an old diary, Michael is drawn down a dark and mysterious path. As unveiling a nefarious family history and secrets that should not have been disturbed, they re-awaken and must face the horror of the Duff Glenn….The adventure continues as Michael receives a strange and desperate call from a childhood friend, and chief of police. Where returning to his hometown of Hedley he is haunted by an embittered past and forced to face his greatest fears. Accompanied by the chief and estranged friend Tim Versailles, they follow a mysterious path of missing pets, and the accidental and unexplained deaths of several locals. As a winter storm descends upon the little mining town things become desperate. A mystery unfolds as within the frozen night an ancient terror from the past returns…. With the arrival of an out of town police officer in pursuit of a monster, they join forces with a local hunter and two brothers. As caught within a race for time and battling weather and wilderness, they risk everything on the trail of a primordial nightmare….
